Add a finishing touch to your gift with a message card or gift packaging sized for your item. Choose “Message Card Only” if you would like a card without gift packaging, and leave your gift message in the Order Notes at checkout. Gift packaging is available in white, red, or black and may vary by order; if you have a color preference, please include it in your Order Notes. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but specific colors cannot be guaranteed.

DAMAGE IN TRANSIT
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damaged product and its packaging. We will work with you to file a carrier claim or send a prompt replacement.

The delivery time range shown on the product page is for reference only. The actual delivery timeframe depends on the carrier we work with and is separate from production time.
NEED IT BY A SPECIFIC DATE?
If you have a must-arrive-by date, please leave a note in the Order Notes field at checkout. We will check whether your selected shipping method can meet your deadline.
RUSH ORDERS
If your chosen shipping method cannot guarantee on-time delivery, we will reach out to suggest upgrading to an expedited shipping option at an additional cost — or you may choose to cancel the order before we begin production.
