Ordering

How long does it take for my order to be made?

Our current production time is 3-5 business days from the moment your order is placed. Once your order ships, delivery typically takes an additional 2-5 business days depending on your location.

Do you send a proof or mockup before making my item?

For personalized orders, if you request a digital proof in your order notes, we'll send one within 48 hours so you can review the design, spelling, and layout before we begin production.

Can I rush my order?

Yes! If you need your order by a specific date, please include your required delivery deadline in your order notes. Rush processing fees may apply depending on your timeline and will be communicated to you on a case-by-case basis.

What if I need my order by a specific date?

f you have a deadline in mind, please reach out before placing your order. We're happy to check our production schedule and do our best to accommodate your needs. Just add a note at checkout or send us a message by mail!

How do I personalize my order?

It's easy! Simply select your desired product, then choose your customization options on the product page. You'll be able to enter names, dates, text, and select your preferred colors, fonts, and styles. Each product page shows all available personalization choices.

Shipping

How long does shipping take after my order ships?

Standard shipping via USPS typically takes 2–5 business days within the continental US. You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.

Do you offer express shipping options?

Yes! At checkout, you'll see expedited shipping options including 2-day and next-day delivery. Please note that these are transit times only and do not include our order processing and production time, so the estimated delivery date shown at checkout may differ from the actual delivery date. Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout based on your location.

What are your holiday shipping deadlines?

For the holidays, we recommend ordering as early as possible to ensure on-time delivery. Here's our deadline guide for Christmas:

  • Standard Orders: Place by December 10th for delivery by December 25th
  • Expedited Shipping: Place by December 16th
  • Rush Orders: Place by December 18th (subject to availability)

We'll always do our best to get your order to you in time, but ordering early gives us the best chance!

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

We're so sorry! If your order arrived damaged due to improper packaging, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number, and we'll immediately send a replacement.

Do you ship during holidays and weekends?

We ship Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends will begin processing on the next business day. Please note that while we continue to process and produce orders during major holidays, carrier services may experience delays during peak holiday periods, which could affect your delivery timeline. We recommend ordering early to ensure timely arrival.
