Refunds & Replacements
Because every single piece at Craftmkr is uniquely made to order just for you, we are unable to accept general returns, offer exchanges, or issue refunds for buyer's remorse or incorrect information provided at checkout.
However, we stand by the quality of our craftsmanship! We will gladly offer a replacement or refund only if an error was made on our end (such as a misspelling on our part or the wrong item sent).
Damage in Transit
Please inspect your order upon reception. If your item arrives defective or damaged during shipping, please contact us at hello@craftmkr.com within 24 hours of delivery. You must include clear photos of both the damaged product AND its original packaging. We will work with you to file a carrier claim and send a prompt replacement.
How to Report an Error
To report an error made by our team, please contact us at hello@craftmkr.com with your order number and photo proof of the issue. If your case is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed. Items sent back to us without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Exchanges
To report anDue to the personalized nature of our items, we generally do not offer exchanges.
European Union Customers
Please note that under EU consumer protection laws, the 14-day cooling-off period (right of withdrawal) does not apply to the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized. As all our items are made-to-order, our standard non-returnable policy applies to EU orders as well.
Refunds (If Applicable)
If a refund is approved due to an unresolvable error on our part, we will notify you immediately. Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
