At Craftmkr, every piece is custom-made to order. Each product is carefully handcrafted, personalized, and quality-checked before shipment to ensure you receive a meaningful and high-quality item.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders require 1–3 business days for processing and production before shipping.

This includes:

Personalization engraving
Handcraft assembly
Quality inspection
Packaging preparation

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 8:00 PM (PST / Los Angeles Time) will begin processing the next business day.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery status at any time. If you do not receive tracking information within 5 business days of your order confirmation, please contact us.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For customers in the UK, Canada, New Zealand and Australia: Orders are generally shipped under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) or via low-value tax-inclusive thresholds where possible. However, any unexpected local import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees levied by your destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.

6. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Please double-check and ensure your shipping address is 100% correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery delays or lost packages caused by incorrect, incomplete, or un-deliverable addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
