Refunds & Replacements

Because every single piece at Craftmkr is uniquely made to order just for you, we are unable to accept returns, offer exchanges, or issue refunds for buyer's remorse or incorrect personalization details/shipping information provided at checkout.

However, we stand by the quality of our craftsmanship! We will gladly offer a free replacement or a full refund if an error was made on our end (such as a misspelling on our part or the wrong item sent). In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label, and you will not be charged any return or restocking fees.

Order Changes & Cancellation

Orders can only be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, before production begins.

Once an order has entered production, it can no longer be changed or canceled.

Damage in Transit

Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us at hello@craftmkr.com within 72 hours of delivery. You must include your order number and clear photos of both the damaged product AND its original shipping packaging. We will review your case promptly and arrange a replacement or solution at no additional cost to you.

How to Report an Issue

To report an error made by our team or request a return, please contact us at hello@craftmkr.com with your order number and photo proof of the issue. If your request is approved, we will provide you with specific return instructions.

Exchanges

Due to the personalized and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not offer exchanges under normal circumstances.

European Union Customers (Right of Withdrawal Exception)

Please note that under European Union consumer protection laws, the statutory 14-day cooling-off period (right of withdrawal) does not apply to the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized. As all our items are custom made-to-order, our standard non-returnable policy applies to EU orders as well.

Refund Processing (If Applicable)

If a refund is approved due to an unresolvable error on our part, we will notify you immediately. Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days after the request is approved. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
